We provide industrial services that include prototyping and production, covering the entire 3D process.
1. Design Conceptualization & Material Selection
Submit designs/ideas about your costume as much information as you could, themes, colors, outlook in form of sketch drawing or use digital tools (2D, 3D) to visualize it.
2. Costume Design and 3D Printing
Our designer will turn your artworks into a wearable 3D structure for 3D printing. Apply 3D printer to output complex costume into separated modules.
3. Cutting, Shaping, and Adding Details
Measure and cut out fabric, foam, or cardboard pieces based on 3D patterns or templates. Attach additional elements like wings, horns, or tail segments using foam or other materials. Sculpt details using carving tools or sandpaper.
4. Covering, Texturing, Painting, and Decorating
Cover the base with fabric or foam to create the outer layer of the costume.
Add texture by gluing on fabric, faux fur, or other materials.
Then, apply safe and bio-paints to add shading, highlights, and intricate designs.

How long does the order processing?A standard costume typically requires 5-7 days to complete, whereas a customised costume may require up to 90 days.

Which country can you ship to?Courier lead-time and shipping cost maybe vary by each service providers. We can check accessible regions and estimated cost in advance before you place an order.

Why do you choose only express shipping?We provide three different shipping options: economical, standard, and express. However, some large, heavy, or fragile items cannot be shipped using economy or standard shipping; these options are only available for small packages. Consequently, expedited shipping is the only option for certain items. Thus, express shipping is the only option for the item you selected.

Do you have the actual picture of the product?Regarding customized products, we will provide customers with photos of the manufacturing process and the finished product to keep them updated on the progress. Customers can also request videos to have a more detailed reference.

Can you take a personalized or custom item?We provide made-to-order, customised, or personalised products. You can ask for a customised or personalised item. Kindly supply the name, link, or image of the product.
